Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, excluding return shipping costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us about the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The information provided on our “Shipping & Returns” page serves solely to simplify and speed up the return process and does not constitute a prerequisite for the valid exercise of the right of withdrawal.
