Refund policy

At House of Harrold, we stand behind the quality of our dog accessories. Your satisfaction is our priority. As a Germany-based business, we comply with EU consumer protection laws, providing a transparent return process, so you can to feel confident shopping with us.

Can I return an item?

Yes. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll always do our very best to make it right.

1. Return Timeframe You have the right to return your item within 30 days of delivery. Please notify us at support@houseofharrold.com within this period to start your return. 

2. Condition of Items To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, free of pet hair, dirt, or signs of wear. Items returned in a diminished condition may be subject to a partial refund to cover cleaning or processing costs.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • We provide a simplified return process via Shopify-managed labels.

  • A flat €5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

  • You remain responsible for the goods until they are safely received at our warehouse:

4. How to Start a Return

  • Email support@houseofharrold.com with your order number.

  • We will respond within 1–2 business days with your return label and instructions.

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • If you return your entire order, we will also refund the original standard delivery cost.

  • For returns made under our voluntary 30-day return policy after the statutory withdrawal period has expired, the original delivery costs are not refunded.

  • Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 1–5 business days for the credit to appear.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please email us immediately with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs, at no expense to you.

As a Germany-based business, we comply with EU consumer protection laws, including your 14-day right of withdrawal.
