Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation with tracking details will follow. Please allow 1–3 working days for tracking updates to appear as your parcel moves through the courier network.
Customs & Duties
As we ship from Germany, all orders delivered within the European Union are free of additional customs charges or import duties. For any destinations outside the EU (if applicable), local customs duties or import taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.
If Your Order Hasn’t Arrived
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur. If your order has not arrived within 12 working days, please contact support@houseofharrold.com with your order number, and we will gladly assist.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, it may be subject to additional redelivery fees. Once a parcel has been marked as "Delivered" by the courier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed promptly to ensure quick dispatch.
If you need to cancel or amend your order, please email support@houseofharrold.com within 30 minutes of placing it. While cancellations cannot be guaranteed after this time, we will always do our best to help.
